How do I start an open house sign-in?
Create an open house from the home screen, then open it and tap Launch Kiosk. Hand your device to visitors, or display the Sign-In QR code so guests can sign in on their own phones.
How does the QR code sign-in work?
Each listing has a unique QR code (shown on the kiosk screen, as a poster, or on a printable flyer). Visitors scan it with their phone camera and complete the sign-in on their own device — the lead appears instantly in your app.
How do I export my leads?
Open any event's visitor list and use the Export option to generate a CSV file of your leads, including answers to your custom questions.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ShowingSign.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, open houses, and visitor leads from your device and our servers.
Is my visitor data private?
Yes. Your leads are 100% yours — we never share them with third parties or display co-branded advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
