1. Information We Collect
The App is designed to help real estate agents manage open house visitor registration. We collect and process the following information:
- Agent Profile Info: Name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and Kiosk PIN code.
- Visitor Information: Full name, email address, phone number, realtor representation status, preferred contact method, property rating, price feedback, and any answers to custom questions configured by the agent.
- Open House Event Info: Listing address, date, MLS number, pricing details, and active status.
2. How We Store Data
ShowingSign stores your records on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage) and, when you are signed in, securely backs up and syncs your account, open house, and visitor records to our cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage). This allows your data to be preserved and accessible across your devices.
If you purchase a Pro subscription, transaction confirmations are stored and processed securely through RevenueCat and the App Store (Apple IAP System).
3. How We Use Collected Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Enable the Kiosk Sign-In flow for open house events.
- Generate and export CSV reports of leads for agents.
- Generate and send Seller Feedback PDF summaries to sellers.
- Schedule local notifications on your device for follow-up reminders.
- Manage and enforce subscription features (Pro vs. Free tiers).
4. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver essential features:
- Google Firebase: For account authentication and secure cloud storage/syncing of your account, open house, and visitor data.
- Apple App Store / RevenueCat: For secure processing of subscriptions, purchases, and restore flows.
- Local Device Utilities: The App uses local system APIs like standard mail clients (via mailto URLs), phone utilities (via tel URLs), and expo-print (local PDF render engine) to export documents and contact leads.
5. Data Control and Rights
Agents and users have full control over their records:
- Deletion: You can clear all logs, visitors, or open houses directly from the Settings menu inside the App.
- Export: You can export all visitor details to CSV format at any time.
- Account Deletion: You can request profile deletion in the Settings panel, which removes your local app data and your associated records from our cloud servers.
